Vacationing at Cancun Mexico on the Yucatan Peninsula.

A couple summers ago I had the opportunity to go to Cancun Mexico on the Yucatan Peninsula.

I went with my family, and although I don't usually enjoy family vacations because it usually consists of my parents laying around and doing nothing while I'm stuck doing nothing with them, this time around there was plenty for me to do.

I learned how to sail and I also went the ruins at chichin itza.

The food was amazing and there is plenty to do alone and as a family.

The resort I stayed at was secluded enough and safe enough to feel comfortable, but still allowed us to experience what Mexico had to offer.

I would recommend a Mexican vacation to anyone looking for an inexpensive, but quality vacation destination.
