Specifically the Smithsonian, you could blow your mind there. They had so much stuff to do, for almost any age. The only bad part was some of the extra stuff you had to pay for, but then again, it’s going back to the museum anyways, so why not help out?

I've never been very interested in tourism itself, but have found eating enjoyable everywhere. I also enjoy hiking and such when I can get it in. But eating seems to be my favorite thing to do.

Sometimes I like a good buffet where all the food is out and you get up to bring back a full plate. I also have found out about another style of buffet where you sit and order continually from the menu.

I have found it is fun to see how different foods are changed in different cultures. One food that is changed a lot is the pizza. I've only had a pizza with duck on it in Taiwan, and you probably won't find a squid pizza in the US very easily.

Ever thought of an "American" pizza as having corn, green beans and potatoes? These are some of the surprises that are waiting for you if, while you're traveling out of the country, try and not go to the McDonalds or Fridays near the hotel or tourist sites, but go off the road a little and find these gems.

Atlantis is a huge upscale resort with a couple thousand rooms, loads of great restaurants and bars, and large casino with slots, table games and sports betting. And don’t forget the swim with the dolphins experience at Dolphin Cay, a huge beautiful dolphin rescue and recuperation center. There’s a fantastic marine life exhibit with an interactive aquarium. There’s just so much to do here. It’s the perfect vacation idea for families as well as couple looking for a romantic getaway.

This has become a yearly tradition for our extended family, coming from all parts of the country to reunite for a summer respite in the cool climate of the Duluth area. This activity engages the interest of young and old alike, and provides us with a way to get away from the hustle and bustle. It makes a nice alternative to vacation time spent at the mall, in lines at amusement parks, or in the dark of a movie theater. Plus, we get the added bonus of a gift of nature to take home, a little piece of our home state.

Also depending on where you are jet skiing you can see awesome scenery and even swim with dolphins. My favorite place to do this is in Ocean City Maryland. We always go to the rental place right at the end of the boardwalk. They offer a guided first part or the trip, and then they take you to a large open bay where you pretty much can do whatever you want. But, anywhere you do it you are sure to have an awesome time!

I like to take long walks with my digital camcorder and record the scenery and take photos for my family to see. Another thing I like to do when I am down there is river rafting. It is so much fun to ride the rapids. It is a little dangerous but the thrill is very worth it.

When you are hungry there are several places to dine and see the scenery. The Rocky Mountains I am talking about is located in Estes Park in Colorado off of highway 36. One last thing while your down there don't forget the camping there is nothing quite like nature.
