There are five individual hiking trails up the mountain and they are all worth the trip for the view from LeConte Lodge at the top. In fact hiking is the only way to get to the lodge and it’s collection of wooden cabins. The lodge and Mount LeConte are an extremely popular place for hiking enthusiasts.

Tennessee Sipping Tour, head out from Memphis for a short drive to the
George Dickel Distillery and the
Jack Daniel's Distillery. Both distilleries are part of the Tennessee history and culture and they offer fun tours of the facilities. Jack Daniel's Distillery is the oldest registered distillery in the United States. It uses local cave spring water for its product. It's about 75 miles southeast of Nashville and their guided tour will give you a close-up look at how the famous whiskey is made.
About 17 miles away you will find the George Dickel Distillery. Here too you can take a fun tour and learn about the secrets that go into making the George Dickel’s award winning whiskey. The George Dickel General Store has the only working post office in the United States which is located in a distillery.
