Florida Beach Vacation Spot

Panama City Beach is my vote for a Florida beach vacation spot. Florida is still an affordable option for bringing children to the beach. The white sands are perfect for laying on, playing volley ball or building sand castles. The waves are gentle with surprising warm water for those visiting the first time.

There are many choices in seafood restaurants, diving and fishing boats are available. The town has a carnival atmosphere with skee ball, miniature golf, go cart racing, para-sailing and scooter rentals. Fireworks are also available for sale and can be purchased year round.

Spring break is a popular time in this resort town and if bring small children would be best to book around this time. Many spots on the beach have life guards on duty and many more areas have the flag system to warn of dangerous conditions in the water.
