Dunn's River Falls Jamaica

Dunn's River Falls is a beautiful waterfall located in Ocho Rios, Jamaica. It is a fun filled day of beauty and thrill. It is easy to get to with a tour or on your own. Many of the cruise ships also offer tours to this spot.

It is about 600 feet high and you are able to walk to the top (along the side) of it with the help of a tour guide. You are then given a tube, if you prefer, to side down the falls.

It is a very gentle ride down with many different pools to stop and play in along the way.

The temperature is cooler than the surrounding area and it is lots of fun. Be sure to look up in the trees as you climb to see the animals.

I love Jamaica, and especially the Discovery Bay, it not only sounds great it also looks great. The views over the ocean from this point are stunning.

The beaches and the caves are really spectacular. During my stay I went diving several times. The coral reefs are breathtaking. The water is clear and there are a lot of fish.

The local people are very kind, everybody is always welcome everywhere. Everybody seems relaxed and happy.
