Nanticoke Powwow. Held the second weekend of September in Oak Orchard, Sussex County, Native Americans get together for traditional dancing, Indian drumming and singing, arts & crafts, and Indian food.
The Nanticoke Indian Museum displays stone artifacts, carvings, pottery, traditional clothing, Native American books, photographs and video presentations.
