Best Hawaii Island Family Vacation

Our best Hawaii Island family vacation was going in Oahu. We love going to Oahu because it is not as expensive as going to some of the other islands and there is a lot to do in Oahu.

You will never be bored because you can either be doing an activity or enjoying the beach.

We usually stay at the Outrigger on the Beach. It is a nice hotel and is directly on the beach.

My husband and I renewed our wedding vows there because the Outrigger has a Hawaiian ceremony were guest can do this for free.

It was nice and romantic.

We went to Pearl Harbor. This memorial is a great place to visit.

The USS Arizona has a memorial under the ocean and it is an awesome sight.

Near Pearl Harbor is the Oahu Stadium Swap Meet and the swap meet is a great place to get souvenirs.

We got shirts, gifts and other items from the swap meet. We also went to Germaine’s Luau.

It is a nice Luau and we enjoyed having dinner there and seeing the show.

It is very interactive and everyone had fun.

We also went to North Shore. It is a nice place to visit.

It will take you the whole day but it is worth it.

The beaches are great and the views are fantastic.

We stopped at the Dole Plantation and let the kids do the maze.

We had lunch at the famous Shrimp Shack. It is mobile and you can find it while driving to North Shore.

We also went to the Polynesian Cultural Center where you can learn about the different islands.

We ended our trip by eating at the Oceanarium in the Pacific Beach Hotel.

We love the food and the kids love the big aquarium in the middle.

It is so big that you can see divers go inside it.

It is our favorite place to eat in Oahu. So that’s our best Hawaii Island family vacation.
