The community is on a natural sandbar between the Atlantic Ocean and Rehoboth Bay. The bay side is a great spot for skimboarding, windsurfing and catamaran sailing.

Daytona Beach, Florida, is the vacation destination of choice for hundreds of thousands of young single college age people every year at spring break. They come for the sand, sun and party excitement.

Not far from the beach is the Daytona International Speedway which also provides plenty of exciting entertainment with the auto races and time trials. The beach is twenty three miles of hard-packed sand that can accommodate vehicles. So beach tailgating is a popular activity.

Some fun annual events include the Daytona 500 in February, Bike Week and the Daytona 200 in March, Biketoberfest in October, so plan accordingly.

Surfer’s Paradise Beach is the star beach of Australia’s premier vacation destination, Gold Coast. Young singles from around the globe come here for the outstanding surfing, beach action and body watching and the all-night nightclubbing. Gambling is available at Jupiter’s Casino at nearby Broadbeach.

Surfer’s Paradise is a great beach to come to if you are short on funds because the area has lots of hostels and cheap hotels. The city of Gold Coast is located in the middle of of Australia's eastern coast line.

The beach itself offers quite a nice array of activities including water-skiing, windsurfing, sailing, volleyball, scuba diving. It’s just a short ride out to dive down to shipwrecks, some very nice shallow Bahamian reefs or the famous Lost Blue Hole.

Brighton Beach, in Sussex England, is less than hour from London and attracts university students, tourists and artists from England and around the world. They come for the beach, with its windsurfing and jet skiing, but also for the nightlife.

The area has hundreds of pubs and nightclubs as well as funky boutiques and antique shops. Palace Pier is a nineteenth-century seaside amusement center with rides and games and arcades. You can even try bungee jumping at Brighton marina and West Pier.
