Cabs were usually lined up in front of the hotel waiting to take us anywhere we needed to go. I don't recommend ordering from Domino's Pizza across the street, it didn't taste like anything close to the Domino's in the US.

The night life was entertaining and there was plenty of clubs and bars nearby to check out. I highly recommend taking the booze cruise at Fat Tuesday, that was the highlight of our trip.

We also checked out the Mayan ruins one morning as well. Overall, I recommend staying at the Oasis Cancun if you are looking for a good party hotel. Older travelers may want to seek somewhere more laid back and quiet.

The resorts are all 5 star and all inclusive so if you are staying at one of the Palace Resorts, you can eat, drink and use the facilities at any of their other resorts for free.

It was incredible value for money. The rooms were beautiful and had many amenities but our favorite of all the resorts we went to was Xpu-Ha. It is a nature resort with many exotic birds and animals roaming the grounds.

There is even a lake that is home to a group of manatees that you can go canoeing in! It was so interesting to be up close and personal with the wildlife there.

The food, drinks and night time entertainment were fantastic and there are loads of options for day trips like visiting Chichiniza, Mayan ruins, quad bike excursions, horse back riding and boat tours to Isla Mujer just to name a few. Many of these activities were also included in the price of our stay. We were there for a week and I still don't think we were able to do and see everything.

It was a fantastic trip and very romantic for a honeymoon. The resort went out of their way to make us feel comfortable and acknowledge that we were there on our honeymoon, including giving us an upgraded suite as a wedding gift! Anyone would enjoy this wonderful vacation idea, it is amazing!

Just thinking about it is making me want to go back. The warm Caribbean Sea! The silky white sandy beaches! The endless sun! The getting waited on hand and foot! The spa! And the golf! Not a lot of resorts have a golf course, so this was a bonus for sure!

There is not one thing bad I can say about it! We had a beach front room which was to die for! And of course I love not having to carry a wallet around when staying at an all-inclusive resort! An added benefit is that you can use the shuttle to go to any of the other Palace Resorts & use their amenities if you want. But Moon Palace was enough for us.

You can also take the bus to town if you want to bargain with the locals (or go to Wal-Mart!). I love Cancun & I would definitely stay at Moon Palace Resort & Spa again!

You can just lay out on the patio of your room and watch the sunset over the ocean. It is absolutely beautiful. They offer so many amenities. They had dining that was literally right on the beach, they had a large pool, health club, spa and massage center, beauty parlor and tennis courts.

The food served at their restaurant was delicious and they had so many varieties of food and drinks to choose from. I loved staying here and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing time at a beautiful place. The price was just what we were looking for and the service people working there were very friendly and accommodating.

We did things such as swimming with the dolphins, traveling to see Chichen Itza, and swimming in underground pools. It is suggested you do that when you arrive to make sure you can arrange to get what you want. When we weren't away on excursions we took every opportunity to eat at the hotel as much as possible.

You could go simple and eat the never ending buffet or dress up for some fine dining. You couldn't go wrong either way. The hotel isn't downtown, so if you wanted to go, you simply take a 15 min bus ride. With the exception of my sunburn, I had a very enjoyable trip and would definitely stay there again. Amazing all inclusive holidays in Cancun.
